Celebrating the New Year in this hotel was an absolute delight. the amenities offered were top-notch; the pool area was refreshing and well-maintained, and the gym was perfect for a quick workout. the hotel was located within walking distance to two popular city center locations, which was ideal for exploring the city. the room service was prompt and courteous; the staff was very friendly.

The only downside of my stay was the poor attitude of the reception staff. When there was an issue with the bathroom pipes, they initially took longer than expected to repair them and then became quite rude when questioned about it.

We enjoyed the clean and spacious hotel facilities, convenient parking, and excellent staff. The location was great for transportation around this city. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options.

Noisy environment, outdated decor, poor maintenance.

Spent New Year's Eve at a hotel in Jaipur and it was a great experience! the hotel had an amazing location, close to everything that we wanted to visit during our stay. the rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds that allowed us to rest properly. We also loved the fact that the hotel had a pool and a bar on the rooftop, where we could relax and enjoy the amazing view of the city.

We did have a negative experience with some of the staff. One of them was extremely rude to my mom, making it difficult for us to communicate and solve the issue that we were facing in our room.

The photos online looked amazing, but the reality was quite different. the location was good, but that's probably the only good thing about this hotel. the room and bathroom were really disappointing, waterlogging and broken flush in both rooms. Service was slow and terribly rude. Breakfast was mediocre at best. the view wasn't anything to write home about either.

The staff was unprofessional and rude, especially the manager who shouted at my family member when she tried to make a complaint.
